By ensuring that we not only improve education and opportunity for them, but also for our staff teams, our volunteers, those in governance, our families, and our communities. By challenging ourselves to learn, adapt and to challenge the expectations of the 'norm' - we can design and build learning opportunities that meet the needs of ALL pupils, inspire educators, and create the adaptive learning system that we yearn for.
