Evaluate
It is important to regularly take stock, to review and to evaluate the work that we are doing in education. That way we can ensure that our work is having the best possible impact on the pupils; and that we are growing, developing and inspiring those who work with us.
Whilst this work goes on continually in our schools and Trusts, there are times when it is important to gain an external, independent perspective - a fresh pair of eyes to look at what you have been so focused on developing.
We don't offer 'Mocksteds', or 'MockMATSEs', and we aren't advocating another version of an inspection - our approach is to support your organisation through an external lens to evaluate where you are in light of where you want to get to.
Our evaluation work is about walking alongside and reviewing together; not a judgement, but a professional and honest discussion about the development of provision at all levels of the organisation - focused on our collective core purpose... the impact on outcomes and opportunities for children and young people.
