We all want to be able to provide the very best learning and experiential opportunities for the children, young people and adults in our schools and organisations - it is what brought us all into working in this sector, no matter our role or job title. But, sometimes in the busyness and variability of the educational landscape we can find that we are providing an education model within constraints and 'timings' that don't necessarily always meet the needs of all of those we are working with.
You know what works best for the children and young people you serve, and we want to facilitate and support you to go beyond your current offer.
'Innovate' steps into that space to support and challenge education providers to look closely at what their pupils now and in the future need to gain the best education experiences possible; to challenge the norm and to seek to use the many freedoms and opportunities available to schools and Trusts that we don't always exploit to the best advantage of our pupils; and our staff.
What do Connected Education offer?
We can (as required):
- Work with your teams to identify areas you wish to change and innovate
- Identify research and best practice examples; and collectively create an evidence-informed project proposal and pilot
- Build a training and delivery programme
- Facilitate and support strategic discussions in the development of innovative practice, and impact KPIs
